Restorative Wellness at The Beauty Igniter A clinically guided, soul-centered approach to beauty. We blend scalp therapy, breathwork, and personalized treatments to nurture your crown, calm your nervous system, and restore radiance from the inside out. Q: What is TBI’s approach to haircare? We practice restorative haircare using our Signature 12-Step Mindful Plan, which integrates science-backed hair treatments, stress-relief techniques, and scalp therapy—all designed to promote long-term scalp health, strand integrity, and internal balance. We do not provide trend-based styling or rushed appointments. Every session is intentional, private, and aligned with each guest’s hair and wellness needs. Q: Is The Beauty Igniter a religious organization? We are faith-centered—not religious. Our foundation is built on biblical truth and principles, yet our environment is welcoming, non-judgmental, and inclusive of all women who desire wholistic wellness and elevated care. Q: Do you offer services for children? Yes. We offer the Torri-Love TBI Experience™ for young girls ages 8–13. This is a gentle, age-appropriate session designed to introduce restorative care and promote confidence through a safe, nurturing environment. ⸻ BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS Q: How do I book an appointment? All appointments are booked online at thebeautyigniter.glossgenius.com. We do not accept walk-ins. Q: What if I’m a new client? We recommend beginning with The Ultimate Luxe Experience™, which provides a full introduction to our Signature 12-Step Mindful Plan and restorative approach. This experience gives new clients the best introduction to our full-service philosophy. 𝘏𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳,If you’re short on time, the Intro to Restoration Experience offers a simplified option. Q: Do you offer youth or senior discounts? Yes. We offer 10% off 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 for youth (ages 13–17) and seniors (65+) when booked Tuesday through Thursday. A valid ID is required at check-in. ⸻ SERVICES & STYLES Q: What styles can I choose from? After selecting your restorative experience, you may choose from the following styles: • TBI Ultimate Blow-Out – A voluminous, free-flowing finish with movement and body • TBI Signature Silk-Out – A smooth, polished finish with lightweight shine and flow • TBI Luxe Pixie- For clients preparing for protective styles, you may add the TBI Braid Down as an enhancement. This includes 6–8 neat, tension-free braids—perfect for wearing your natural hair underneath wigs or other low-manipulation styles. 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘦: Braid Down is an add-on and must be booked with a full experience. Styles requiring chemical processing or molded sculpting (e.g., pixies) are no longer offered. Q: Do I need a trim or a cut? Trims are included in select experiences and recommended every 8–12 weeks to maintain healthy ends and prevent breakage. A Precision Cut can be added for shaping or when removing more than 2 inches of length. All cuts are performed with a wellness-first approach. We do not offer pixie cuts or extreme sculpted shaping at this time. Q: What if my hair is tangled or matted? To preserve your experience time, please book the Detangle Add-On if your hair is tangled, in a protective style, or has not been combed prior to service. This allows us to care for your strands with intention and without delay. ⸻ ADD-ONS & CUSTOMIZATION Q: Can I upgrade to a private session? Yes. The Ultimate Luxe Experience™ includes a private 1:1 setting. All other experiences can be upgraded for an additional fee. Q: Do you offer scalp or hair treatments? Absolutely. We offer a full menu of clinical-style treatments and masks to support scalp balance, moisture, protein, and hair repair. Add these services at booking to amplify your results. ⸻ PREP & POLICIES Q: What should I do before my appointment? Please come with hair that is fully detangled or book the Detangle Add-On. Remove all protective styles at least 48 hours in advance. Avoid applying oils, gels, or heavy products unless instructed. Q: What’s your late or no-show policy? Late arrivals may be rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in a cancellation fee. All policies are listed on the booking site and must be acknowledged upon scheduling. Q: What payments do you accept? Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted with a small processing fee. All payments are due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, but to provide the best service for all clients, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service total. Thank you for respecting our time and yours!
